10,000 Veracruz residents forced into shelters
La Jornada - Some 10,000 people have been moved to shelters in response to the possibility that rivers in Veracruz might overflow. Some 70 municipalities have been affected by rains that soaked the state in the past few days. Gastrointestinal infections have broken out.
