Affordability of housing has declined over 30 years
Sentido Comun - Housing affordability in Mexico has declined over the past 30 years, according to a study of mortgage markets and the mood of buyers commissioned by Genworth Financial. The average age of buyers in 33, while it was 24 in 1980.
