Anti-monopoly bills gain one step
El Semanario - The effort in Mexico to break up the power of monopolies and near monopolies moved a step ahead as committees in the Camara de Diputados approved bills amending the Federal Law on Economic Competition that give greater authority and tools to the Federal Competition Commission (CFC) to impose tougher sanctions and criminal fines on monopolies.
