Penoles plans to merge some of its subsidiaries
CNNExpansion - Industrias Penoles, one of the largest silver producers in the world, reported that it will revise its corporate structure beginning Dec. 21 with a process of merging some of its subsidiaries. All subsidiaries involved in the mergers are 100 percent owned by Penoles so there will be no significant impact on finances and operations.

Mexico City hotels income down $3 billion over the year
El Financiero - Mexico City's hotels are expected to close the year with a loss of $3 billion, 10 percent less than in the previous year, because of the economic crisis and influenza outbreak, said Rafael Garcia Gonzales, oresident of the Mexico City Hotel Association.
