Aspe says Mexico is going in the wrong direction
El Economista - Former Finance Secretary Pedro Aspe said the fact that Mexico slipped 10 places to No. 68 on the Index of Economic Freedom in the World is a "wake-up call" that the country needs reforms, including in the fiscal and especially the judicial arenas.
