Christian Noyer replaces Ortiz at BIS
El Semanario - The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) has appointed Christian Noyer, governor of the central bank of France, as the new president to replace Guillermo Ortiz, who was forced to resign after being replaced as the governor of the Bank of Mexico.
