Cordero says budget proposal won't build debt
La Jornada - With only one week to turn over to Congress the 2011 budget draft, Finance and Public Credit Secretary Ernesto Cordero said on Thursday that his proposed budget will strengthen public finances and will not build up a greater debt than the county can afford.
