Crisis measures have had positive impact, says ECLAC
El Economista - The measures taken by the Mexican government to reduce the impact of the international economic crisis have had a positive effect, said Alicia Barcena, the executive secretary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
