El Paso selling pipeline assets to Sempra
Dow Jones - El Paso Corp. has agreed to sell its interest in Mexican pipeline and compression assets to Sempra Energy for $300 million. The sale includes the natural gas producer's half interest in a joint venture with Mexican state oil company Pemex.
