GM proposing Cash for Clunkers changes

El Financiero - General Motors de Mexico is preparing a new proposal that includes reinforcing the country's Vehicle Renewal, or Cash for Clunkers, Program with economic incentives to boost domestic sales of vehicles, eliminate middlemen and speed up delivery times.
