International Meal raises $100 million for expansion

Sentido Comun - International Meal Co., which owns the House & Bistro and The Gallery restaurant chains as well as Champs Elysées and Casa Avila, raised $100 million through the private sale of shares to institutional investors to finance its expansion plans.
