Japan Bank to lend Pemex $600 million
Sentido Comun - Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) will provide $600 million to Petroleos Mexicanos to fund the development of oil and gas fields in the Chicontepec Basin. The loan is one of the largest in the pool to try to keep Mexican production at its current level.
