Mexico chalks up surprise trade surplus
Dow Jones - Mexico ran up a surprise trade surplus of $96 million in October, compared with a deficit of $3.29 billion in October 2008, as exports reached their highest level in 12 months, while imports lagged amid weak internal demand.
