Mexico needs simple tax system, says Gurria
El Economista - Mexico must develop a new simple and competitive tax system like all the other countries in the world, said the head of the OECD, José Ángel Gurría. He also said the country must end its fiscal dependence on oil because it is a resource that is running out.
