Although good news seemed hard to find in 2009, our analysts have identified enough significant positive indicators in the economy over the past few months to believe a true recovery will begin in the spring of 2010.
With that positive forecast in mind, we are happy to announce our new dates and location of our 5th Annual Mexico Development Conference.
The 2010 Conference will be held June 8-9, 2010 at the Hard Rock Hotel in downtown San Diego.
June offers enough distance from 2009 that we will be able to better interpret the post-holiday mood of the financial markets as well as getting a longer view of how they’ve settled in and adapted to increased scrutiny.
While we’ve become used to meeting in December, we feel there is greater benefit to our clients and everyone in the Mexico resort development industry who have been waiting out the market after the hardest economic hit of our lifetime.
It’s time to start discussing the new way forward. At this year’s Conference we will discuss creative ways to finance and discover where new finance can be found. What backers want and expect. We will dissect the market and pinpoint where the most lucrative opportunities are available.
