Neither IDEAL nor Mota-Engil meets minimum bid
El Semanario - Bids offered by the consortium led by Carlos Slim's IDEAL and that led by Portuguese Mota-Engil for the 250-kilometer northeast 30-year road concession were both below the minimum price, the Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) announced.
