Pemex moves toward reconciliation with Repsol

Dow Jones - Mexico's state-owned oil company Petroleos Mexicanos, or Pemex, said Wednesday that it had moved forward on a proposed industrial accord with Spanish oil company Repsol after the companies fought a boardroom battle.
