Pemex to seek 54% larger budget in 2011

El Economista - Pemex will request a budget that is estimated to be 54 percent more for the fiscal year of 2011 -- a total of 400 billion pesos ($30.96 billion) in order to improve production and replacement of Mexico's crude oil reserves.
