SCT declares Metro Line No. 3 tender "unsuccessful"
Sentido Comun - The Ministry of Communications and Transportation, together with government authorities of the State of Mexico, declared the tender for the construction of Suburban Rail line No. 3 unsuccessful because of lack of available financing.
