SCT publishes rules for Colonet port and rail line
Yuma Sun - Mexico's Ministry of Communications and Transportation published new bidding specifications for companies seeking to build and operate a port at Baja California's Colonet and a rail line that would move cargo to the U.S. border. Prospective bidders have until Nov. 3 to submit formal interest in bidding on the project.
