SCT says it is suspending some infrastructure projects
El Economista - Secretary of Communications and Transportation Juan Molinar Horcasitas said that due to the economic crisis the ministry has stopped some licitations for infrastructure work with hopes of saving the 12.637 billion pesos ($981.5 million) stipulated by Finance.
