SCT spent $3.16 billion on roads, highways
Sentido Comun - The Ministry of Communications and Transport said in a press release that during 2009 it invested more than 40 billion pesos ($3.16 billion) in highway infrastructure, building over 5,000 kilometers of roads and highways.
