Sterlite appeals court decision on Grupo Mexico
Sentido Comun - Sterlite Industries, the largest copper producer in India, filed an appeal with the 5th Circuit Supreme Court in New York of the recent U.S. District Court decision returning control of the Asarco copper mine in Arizona to Grupo Mexico.
