U.S. warns against travel on Mexico highways
San Antonio Express-News - Citing gunbattles, grenade attacks and "checkpoints" operated by Mexican drug cartels, the U.S. Consulate in Monterrey is warning U.S. residents to avoid travel on highways between Monterrey and Reynosa and Nuevo Laredo on the Texas border.
