World Bank loans to emerging nations in doubt
El Economista - World Bank President Robert Zoellick warned that the institution could face serious constraints in loans to developing countries by the middle of next year if financing remains at its current pace. He will press member countries at a WB and IMF meeting in Istanbul starting this week to raise resources.
